Η τοποθεσία του Evgenikon είναι σε πολύ καλή θέση. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι μαγική. Κάτι άλλο που μας έκανε εντύπωση είναι, ότι με ανοιγμένη την πόρτα πρόσβασης του μπαλκονιού διαχέεται εντός της οικίας ένα δροσερό αεράκι, σκέτη απόλαυση. Απέχει ένα λεπτό από τον κυρίως εμπορικό δρόμο της χώρας και 3 λεπτά από την εξαίσια τρατορία Ροδόσταμος.

"Incredible view of the Aegean with a very large balcony and shade in the morning. The apartment is centrally situated in the village and you can reach anything on foot. The interior of the house is very beautiful and clean, roomy, with nice furniture and an air of tradition. It remained cool even at midday. We did not have to use air-conditioning. The hosts are very helpful and polite. We loved it and would certainly go back!"

“The Patio Flat is spacious, comfortable and was a very nice choice. Best feature was the terrace with views of Oinousses village, the port area and Chios island. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace while listening to live piano from a musician playing every morning from his home somewhere in the village. It was a unique moment that we anticipated every morning.
Our kids were free to move everywhere without our surveillance, it was very safe. Hope to visit Oinousses again and stay at Evgenikon!”

“The main attraction is the pergola on the terrace with panoramic views and a mythical sunset. The rooms were spacious and clean with a separate fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for three adults (as we were) and there would probably be for a fourth too.

“We have had the best time here in Oinousses. It's been a full week of wonderful unique experiences.
We got a friendly, warm welcome and clear instructions for finding the property. As a family of 4, the Marble Flat suited perfectly. Close to the supermarket, church, bakers and the incredible Italian restaurant, which had a pretty courtyard and served delicious cocktails late into the night. The property was clean and tidy and had everything. Paulette contacted me several times before we arrived to ensure they got it ready for us with everything we might need. Highly recommended.”

"A lovely flat 5 min. walk from the center of town that easily accommodates a family of 4/5 persons. Communication with the hostess was impeccable, as she was very responsive to our requests. Full speed wifi, fully equipped kitchenette and the washing machine was a plus. Also beach towels provided.
